By using our website, booking our services, participating in one of our programmes, or purchasing a service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions where applicable.
These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.
2. Our Services
Rock Solid Consulting provides business support, consultancy, coaching, training and related services to individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses.
Our services may include, but are not limited to:
business start-up and pre-start support;
business planning and development;
business growth support;
one-to-one consultancy and coaching;
workshops, masterclasses and training sessions;
funded business support programmes;
marketing and business strategy support;
financial and operational planning support;
access to business resources, templates and guidance; and
other business support services described on our website or within individual programme information.
The specific services available may change from time to time.
3. Funded Programmes
A significant proportion of our services are delivered through publicly or privately funded programmes.
Where you participate in a funded programme, your participation may be subject to eligibility criteria, geographical requirements, business requirements, funding availability and/or requirements imposed by the relevant funding body, local authority or programme partner.
Examples of funded programmes may include programmes such as Enterprise & Growth, Launch-It, Start-It and other programmes operated or delivered by Rock Solid Consulting.
Where applicable:
eligibility will be assessed in accordance with the requirements of the relevant programme;
we may request information or supporting evidence to confirm eligibility;
places may be limited and are not guaranteed until your participation has been confirmed;
funding is subject to availability and the requirements of the relevant funding agreement;
programme content, delivery arrangements and availability may change where reasonably necessary;
we may be required to share relevant information with programme funders, delivery partners, auditors or other authorised organisations for monitoring, evaluation and compliance purposes; and
separate programme-specific requirements may apply.
Participation in a funded programme does not create any entitlement to continued support beyond the period or level of support specified by that programme.
4. Eligibility
Where a service or programme has specific eligibility criteria, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when applying or registering.
If information provided by you is inaccurate, incomplete or subsequently changes, we may need to review your eligibility.
Where a programme is funded, we reserve the right to withdraw or decline support where eligibility requirements are not met or where funding rules prevent us from providing the service.
5. Booking Our Services
Where a service requires an appointment or booking, appointments may be booked through our website, booking platform, email or another booking method provided by us.
A booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us or our authorised booking system.
You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information and booking details you provide are accurate.
Where appropriate, we may limit the number of sessions, appointments or places available to an individual or business.
6. Attendance and Appointments
You are expected to attend booked appointments, workshops, masterclasses and other scheduled activities at the agreed time.
For online appointments, you are responsible for ensuring that you have:
a suitable internet connection;
access to the required device;
any required software or platform;
a suitable environment in which to participate; and
any information or materials reasonably required for the session.
For face-to-face activities, you are responsible for arriving at the specified location at the agreed time.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a booked appointment, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where a session is part of a funded programme, repeated cancellations, failure to attend or failure to engage may affect your continued eligibility for support, particularly where the funder has minimum participation or engagement requirements.
For privately paid services, our cancellation and refund arrangements will be communicated to you at the time of booking or purchase and will form part of the agreement between us.
Where consumer cancellation rights apply, nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict or remove those rights.
8. Our Right to Cancel or Change a Service
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services as described.
However, we may need to cancel, postpone, reschedule or change a service because of circumstances including:
staff or adviser availability;
illness;
technical problems;
venue availability;
changes to funding;
changes required by a funding body or programme partner;
circumstances outside our reasonable control; or
other operational reasons.
Where we cancel a privately paid service, we will normally offer an alternative date, alternative service or refund where appropriate.
Where a funded programme is changed or withdrawn, the availability of alternative support will depend on the relevant programme and funding arrangements.
9. Fees and Payments
Where a service is provided on a paid basis, the applicable price will be displayed or communicated to you before you purchase or commit to the service.
Prices may be stated inclusive or exclusive of VAT depending on the circumstances. Where VAT is applicable, this will be identified appropriately.
Payment may be made through the payment method made available by us.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
We may use third-party payment providers to process payments. Payment processing may be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policies.
We do not retain complete payment card details where these are processed directly by a third-party payment provider.
10. Refunds
Where a refund is due, we will process it using the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.
For paid services, any applicable cancellation or refund terms will be communicated before or at the point of purchase.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
For funded programmes, refunds will generally not apply where no payment has been made by you. However, programme-specific funding and participation requirements may apply.
11. Business Advice and No Guarantee of Results
Our services are designed to provide information, guidance, support and practical assistance to help you develop your business.
However, we cannot guarantee:

You should review the relevant third party's terms and privacy information before using their services.
18. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
This includes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
Subject to this, we will not be responsible for losses that:
were not reasonably foreseeable;
were outside our reasonable control; or
arise from decisions made by you based on information or guidance provided as part of our services.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of anticipated savings, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
19. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure to provide services where this results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, for example:
severe weather;
natural disasters;
fire;
flood;
power or internet failures;
illness;
industrial action;
government restrictions;
changes in legislation;
failure of third-party providers;

other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will notify you and seek to provide an alternative arrangement.

info@rocksolidconsultinguk.com
Please provide details of the issue, including relevant dates and any supporting information.
We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to investigate and respond within a reasonable period.
21. Termination
Where you have entered into an ongoing paid agreement with us, either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the specific terms agreed for that service.
We may terminate or suspend access to a programme or service where:
you breach these Terms;
you provide materially inaccurate information;
you fail to meet programme eligibility requirements;
continued participation would breach funding requirements;
you behave in an abusive, threatening or inappropriate manner towards our staff, advisers or other participants; or
we are otherwise unable to continue providing the service.
Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice before termination.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be published on our website and will show the date on which it was last updated.
Where changes materially affect an existing paid agreement, we will provide any notice required by law or the applicable contract.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any specific terms provided to you for a particular service, programme or purchase, form the agreement between you and Rock Solid Consulting in relation to the relevant service.
Where there is a conflict between these Terms and specific programme or service terms, the specific terms will take precedence to the extent of the conflict.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
