Our Story
Thought Lab Business Psychology Ltd helps organisations make better decisions by focusing on the human side of AI. Led by Anthony Thompson, Thought Lab provides training and insight on how AI influences judgement and behaviour, including e learning on effective AI use in recruitment and selection and webinars on the psychology of AI decision making. Thought Labs Human-Centred AI Accreditation takes this work to an organisational level, independently assessing how AI affects people, productivity, and decisions, and awarding badges that demonstrate a human-first approach to stakeholders.
Support Given
Anthony Thompson took part in a Enterprise and Growth programme. When Anthony joined the mentoring programme he already had a viable, business but he was trying to take on too much at once. Peter acted as an independent thinking partner, asking questions and sharing insights that helped Anthony turn a broad idea into a clear and compelling offer. The mentoring created space to step back, prioritise, and make confident choices about positioning and product direction. As a result, Thought Lab now has a focused suite of services, including e-learning on effective AI use in recruitment and selection, webinars on the psychology of AI decision making, and a Human Centred AI Accreditation that independently assesses how AI affects people, productivity, and decisions.
