NaniKōkī Ltd was founded by Charlotte Bennett, a highly skilled and passionate hair and makeup stylist with extensive experience in the salon, wedding, and media industries. Inspired by her experience supporting a close friend during cancer treatment, Charlotte turned her talent into a business that not only enhances outer beauty but also uplifts confidence and wellbeing. Charlotte has built a strong reputation and brand recognition, offering premium services with a deeply personal touch.

Through the Enterprise for Success programme, Charlotte has received one-to-one support from advisor Mike Byrne. Together, they’ve worked on reviewing pricing to reflect the premium quality of her services, explored marketing opportunities such as events, competitions, and the creation of a YouTube channel to showcase her expertise and personality. They’ve also begun developing a funding proposal for a training centre within her salon, aimed at supporting job seekers with skills development, qualifications, and hands-on experience—positioning NaniKōkī as both a business and a social impact venture.
