Our Story
After a 9-year career in HR and crisis response, Alex turned redundancy into an opportunity to follow his love for coffee and baking. With enthusiasm for high-quality, specialty coffee and Montreal-style bagels, Alex launched his café in Sutton Coldfield Station, creating a space for commuters and locals to enjoy. His journey, supported by workshops, festivals, and industry connections, is a testament to his commitment to bringing people together through food and drink.
